The ABC Utah State Political Action Committee's mission is to help elect state and local pro-merit shop candidates and support ballot initiatives that uphold fair and open competition. ABC Utah PAC funds also:
  • Protect Utah's Right to Work statute
  • Protect the business interests of Utah contractors
  • Protect Utah contractors' right to fair and open competition
The ABC Utah PAC focuses its efforts on identifying and supporting Utah legislators that believe in the free enterprise system along with the tenants of our merit-shop philosophy.
