This year the Mountain States Fence Company celebrates its Forty-fifth Anniversary. Incorporated in 1963 in Salt Lake City, Mountain States Fence has successfully completed jobs in eleven different states, including all of the adjacent states.
In 2007, Mountain States Fence installed over 700 jobs totaling over eight million dollars in gross sales.
During its 45 years, the Mountain States Fence Company has established itself as the preeminent brand in commercial and industrial fencing. In recent years, it has completed such high profile projects as 199,000 lineal feet of chain link fence on the I-15 Reconstruction through the Salt Lake Valley and the Jerith ornamental aluminum fence around the Olympic Stadium (Rice-Eccles Stadium) at the University of Utah.
Mountain States Fence has consistently strived to be a business like and professional partner to the many general contractors and customers that have come to rely on us for all their fencing needs. The Mountain States Fence Company firmly believes the “professionalism” means being involved in the community and the industry. Accordingly, we have been members of the Associated General Contractors almost since our inception. We are also actively involved in the Associated Builders and Contractors, the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, the South Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, the American Fence Association and others.
We currently have over forty employees who are the finest people in the industry. We are extremely proud of them and the wonderful company they helped to create. Indeed, Mountain States Fence has an exemplary safety record due to the efforts of each and every one of our people. We completed 2007 without an accident and over the years have won many state and national awards for our safe work practices.
In 2008 all of us at Mountain States Fence are diligently working and planning for another 45 years of growth and success.
